SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT, PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS OR ANY PRODUCTS FROM CROWHURST HEALTH & BEAUTY SPA IS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THEY APPLY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING/PURCHASE.
Reservations for 2 or more hours and/or 2 or more clients will only be taken with credit card details or with a valid gift voucher number been provided.
When rescheduling or cancelling reserved appointments, we require 48 hours notice as our Therapists are scheduled especially for you. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for a cancellation after the required time and 100% for a ‘no-show’.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issue for treatments and products. They are subject to treatment/product availability. Cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time or failure to attend will result in your gift voucher been cancelled.
All treatments are payable in full before departure.
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa/Master/Diners/Amex), debit cards and bank guaranteed cheques.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT and subject to change without notice.
Treatments/products are subject to availability.
In the spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request punctuality. Please check-in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will have their treatments shortened accordingly and full price will be charged for the treatment/s.
All our treatment rooms are silent zones. On entry, please make sure that your cellular phones are switched off and loud conversations will not be accepted.
Crowhurst Health & Beauty Spa is a smoke free zone.
No products used at Crowhurst Health & Beauty Spa have been tested on animals.
Children under the age of 8 years not allowed in treatment rooms.
All our treatments are perfectly safe and our staff fully qualified. However, please note that we are not a medical centre and our staff not trained medical practitioners.
Sexual harassment will under no circumstances be tolerated. If this should occur, your treatment/s will be terminated immediately and the full price will be charged.
Crowhurst Health & Beauty Spa will not be liable for any theft, damage, loss, injury or misfortune that may occur while on our premises.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Towels, gowns and spa shoes will be supplied during treatments. These items remain the property of Crowhurst Health & Beauty Spa.
On arrival, please alert Management of any contra-indications, especially the following - High/Low Blood Pressure, Heart Condition, Recent Surgery, Muscle & Joint Injuries, Allergy to Iodine or any other products, Pregnancy, Epilepsy, Diabetes
